We also know from speaking to customers who come to use from other driving schools that starting lessons late and/or finishing lessons early is - sadly - common practice. We don't do that.

Guaranteed punctuality: We guarantee to start and finish all of your lessons on time. If we are more than five minutes late without prior notice, we won’t charge you for your lesson.
Guaranteed lesson length: we guarantee that you will always get what you pay for. We won't finish your lessons early without your prior agreement. If we do finish early without your agreement, your next lesson is free.
Guaranteed calm and patient approach: we guarantee that your instructor will remain calm and patient at all times and your learning experience will be enjoyable and stress free.
Guaranteed safety: your driving instructor will have a safeguarding qualification, a current DBS check and comply with the DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) Code of Practice.
